We have an exciting new role for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our FitFlop People Team, supporting our current global recruitment and employer branding initiatives. Reporting to our Head of Talent Acquisition, you'll be sourcing and screening our future FitFlop Talent, whilst championing the FitFlop Employer Brand!
You'll already have some resourcing experience, either agency-side or in-house and you'll be confident sourcing great talent using a variety of tools and methods. You'll be comfortable supporting on multiple vacancies right across our different business areas, from Finance to Creative, and Digital to Supply Chain.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and growing business. During your time with us, you'll have exposure to the wider People team (business partnering, reward, wellbeing, talent and engagement, L&D) and be working with some incredibly talented stakeholders.
The Responsibilities:- Sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates, providing shortlists for the Head of Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers (People Leaders) across our global business
- Posting and tracking job adverts across our global job boards (LinkedIn, JobsDB, VietnamWorks etc.)
- Sourcing candidates across TeamTailor (our ATS), LinkedIn, and other external databases (e.g., Indeed)
- Interviewing candidates for open vacancies, and sharing your feedback and recommendations to People Leaders
- Coordinating and booking interviews with both candidates and hiring, ensuring both are well-prepped and setup for a fantastic interview experience
- Manage candidate communication through every step of the Recruitment Process to provide a first-class candidate experience
- Support on offer and onboarding administration, working closely with our People Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure smooth onboarding for every member of our team
- Work with the Head of Talent Acquisition and wider People Team on any Employer Branding Initiatives and Communications
- Create and post content on LinkedIn and other platforms to showcase FitFlop's global teams and opportunities
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities to support across our wider People Team including People Partnering, L&D, and Reward
- A smart, energetic, creative, and fiercely passionate footwear-fanatic keen to progress their career within the in-house recruitment arena
- A great team player! Our People Team work super-collaboratively together on both BAU work and larger projects
- Resourcing experience from agency or in-house
- An understanding of Boolean search and a LinkedIn whizz
- Ideally experience using and posting content on LinkedIn
- A creative eye for content and employer branding would be beneficial
- Amazing interpersonal and customer-facing skills, confident in communicating at all levels and building and maintaining relationships across the business
- Super-organised, able to prioritise, juggle, and manage workload efficiently with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about your own personal and professional development
- Competent in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Sense of humour (of course!)
