Job Description

About The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will join the team responsible for hiring all new employees at Foxtons and build our powerhouse teams across the business. You will have exposure to all departments and work closely with senior leadership to understand exactly what makes a Foxtons stand-out performer, then go out and find them.

Foxtons build our success from the ground up. We hire primarily entry level, invest in industry-leading training and promote from within to transforming bright, ambitious employees into the next generation of property experts. So, on the job, you will learn to spot that spark of potential in its earliest stages, seeking out those with the right mindset to achieve great things with Foxtons.

You'll run high-energy assessment centres, build genuine connections with candidates and use your networking prowess across channels (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, advertising response and CV database sourcing) to find our next stars. You'll be the person who makes that career-changing call to offer someone their dream role - how's that for job satisfaction?

About You

You're a natural relationship builder with flawless communication skills and an eye for exceptional talent. Your organisational skills are strong, your attention to detail is unmatched and you know how to deliver an outstanding candidate experience every single time. Ideally, we're looking for someone with a track record of building connections across a wide range of people and who is motivated by smashing targets.

This is a fast-paced role in a high-performing team - perfect for someone who thrives on making things happen.

We offer:

  1. £24,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience + performance related bonuses
  2. Comprehensive, ongoing training programme
  3. Exposure to diverse aspects of the business
  4. Great career opportunities
  5. Vibrant company culture, including paid-for social events
  6. Diversity and inclusion networks
  7. One paid work day a year to volunteer for a charity of your choice
  8. Wellbeing package including enhanced sick pay and subsidised gym membership
  9. Enhanced parental policies, including generous shared parental leave
