Job Description

  1. Oversee the entire recruitment process to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  2. Collaborate with department managers to understand role requirements and objectives.
  3. Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with company objectives.
  4. Foster and promote the company's values and image internally and externally.
  5. Use metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make necessary improvements.
  6. Manage and enhance the company's employer branding initiatives.
  7. Stay informed of the latest trends in talent acquisition.
  8. Implement training and development programs for the human resources team.

The Successful Applicant

Must have skills/experience

  1. Significant experience in a talent acquisition role
  2. Experience working in either housing, property, asset management - ideally have worked with registered providers
  3. Strong use of LinkedIn Recruiter
  4. Strong overall recruitment skills
  5. Proven expertise in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
  6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  7. Proficiency in using HR software and candidate databases.
  8. Strong decision-making skills
  9. Align with company values
