Talent Acquisition Partner (FTC)

Due to continued success, our Co Antrim based Client, a market leader in their field, wishes to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a 9-month Fixed Term Contract.

This is a really exciting opportunity and a key addition to the People team during this busy hiring phase.

Reporting to the VP, Talent Acquisition, the successful Talent Acquisition Partner will lead the hiring processes across the UK, Nordics, and Australia.

Advising on best practices and developing effective recruitment strategies are key elements to success, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.

The Role:

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
• Partner with internal stakeholders, providing guidance and coaching
• Leverage data-driven insights to enhance hiring outcomes
• Champion a positive and seamless candidate journey
• Ensure compliance
• Track and deliver key recruitment metrics
• Balance a high volume of roles
• Continuously identify opportunities to refine processes and systems, optimizing efficiency and candidate experience

The Person:

• Minimum of 3 years full cycle recruitment experience, with a proven ability to attract top talent
• Experience in technical or sales and marketing recruitment would be preferable
• International exposure, with experience in global recruitment or in the UK, Nordics, and Australia
• Expertise in direct sourcing strategies
• Experience driving and championing inclusive hiring practices to foster diverse workplaces
• Senior recruitment experience
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Driven to meet deadlines
• Team player
