THE ROLE & WHY IT EXISTS

Gravitee.io is taking APIs to the next level - we are the premier, open source API platform and we want everyone to know how amazing our software is. To make this happen, we are looking for someone passionate, curious and ambitious. We are currently recruiting for a Talent Partner to join our growing business.

The Talent Partner will support across the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, engage, and onboard high quality talent aligned to our core values. As a Talent Partner, you will need to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as a passion for building strong relationships with both candidates and internal teams. You will collaborate with the greater People team to meet recruitment goals and ensure a great candidate experience.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and candidate criteria.
• Build a diverse funnel of top talent using traditional search tools such as LinkedIn, as well as proactively finding great candidates with 'out of the box' approaches.
• Support across the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, interviewing, through to offer.
• Manage schedules, keep pipelines updated and ensure a great candidate experience.
• Support with new joiners' onboarding experience.
• Global talent acquisition, including, but not limited to, the UK, US, Europe, and India.
• Partner with the greater People team on internal initiatives, driving our values as we scale.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• 3+ years in People Operations, HR, Talent or a similar role - ideally in a start-up or high growth environment.
• Experience with full lifecycle recruitment - internal or RPO experience preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and detail oriented; able to handle multiple tasks and priorities with speed and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment but doesn't sacrifice quality for speed.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities; genuinely passionate about people and driving our values.
• A team player who enjoys collaborating to improve processes and make things better.
• Data driven and confident to evaluate and communicate metrics across teams.
• Proficiency in using ATS or HRIS systems - Experience with both is a plus!
• Strong experience leveraging LinkedIn and other relevant platforms for candidate sourcing.
