Tax Manager Global Commodities Business Greenfield Role

A global commodities trading group is looking to hire for a brand-new role in the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step-up into managing a tax function with full autonomy to create and drive processes.

Reporting into the Head of Finance, this role will manage a breadth of tax work across direct and indirect tax. You will be the key tax business partner providing advice and strategy whilst leading on compliance and reporting obligations.

This is an exciting time for the business as it grows within its existing markets and ventures into new ones. For the right candidate, there is a great deal of potential in this role.

If you've got the below:

1. A corporate tax and VAT background from practice or in-house
2. A tax compliance and reporting skillset
3. Sound tax technical knowledge alongside an ability to explain tax to non-tax staff
4. An accounting/tax qualification ACA/ACCA/CTA

You can get a competitive basic salary of up to £100,000 per annum with great benefits. The offices are based in Central London with hybrid working available (3 days in the office).
