Hays Education are looking for an experienced Business Studies teacher for a job in a GOOD-rated Secondary School in Margate and other locations. This particular school prides itself on a respectful culture. This culture supports the ambition and education of students, resulting in fantastic progress in their most recent A Level and GCSES exam results.

Role and Responsibilities:.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity.

Use a variety of teaching methods, including interactive activities, discussions, and real-world case studies, to enhance student learning.

Stay up to date with the latest developments in the physical education world and integrate relevant industry trends into the curriculum.

Mentor and support students in their academic and career aspirations, guiding them towards their future goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Physical Education or Sports and Coaching.

Teaching certification or relevant teaching qualifications. QTS

Proven experience in teaching business subjects at the secondary or higher education level.

Strong knowledge of PE.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
