Job Title: Team Administrator!


Location: Central London (Piccadilly Circus train station)


Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time


Salary: £33,000 - £35,000

Responsibilities:
As a Team Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Facilities Management and Health and Safety functions, including:


  • Assisting the Facilities Management team with various administrative tasks
  • Upload Health & Safety, Fire Risk Assessments, Asbestos, and Legionella reports into designated file locations
  • Schedule re-inspections as needed
  • Review Risk Assessments
  • Obtain quotes from approved suppliers
  • Manage regional quote logs and update the Statutory Compliance tracker upon task completion
  • Monitor and ensure compliance schedules are met
  • Upload and review contractor reports, flagging non-compliance
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties, team projects, meeting support, and clerical tasks.
  • Cover for team members during annual leave and assist with Facilities Management project work

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):


  • Proven experience in administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong team player with clear communication skills
  • Proactive attitude towards tasks and challenges
  • Able to work proactively in a fast-paced environment

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):


  • Experience in Facilities or Compliance Management
  • Familiarity with risk assessment processes

Technologies:


  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • CAFM systems (will provide training)
