Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Today, more than 50% of Amazon's total unit sales come from third-party selection. The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon's 18 overseas stores, and supporting local Sellers' success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally. We are looking for a passionate, innovative and results-driven leader to build and develop a strong team of Account Managers (AM) to support China-based Sellers in Amazon Haul.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Lead team to work with sellers to grow the selections to Amazon and their business with profit and delight our consumers.
  2. Keep fine tuning working process, improving team productivity and efficiency by inventing and simplifying.
  3. Hire and develop a talent team.
  4. Become a thought leader in defining success criteria along with understanding business needs of large sellers in an ever-changing business environment.
  5. Manage all aspects of the client relationship for highest standard of seller experience.
Minimum Requirements
  1. 6+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis experience
  2. Bachelor's degree
  3. Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
  4. Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
  5. Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software

- 2+ years of mentoring, leading and coaching experience
- Oversea education/ work experience or MBA are preferred
- Strong data analysis skills
- Flexibility to work across multiple time-zones in multiple languages
