In this role, you will work with a set of clients, acting as either the IT Manager or alongside their IT Manager, building trusted-adviser relationships and providing input, guidance, and direction to help them make the right long-term decisions about their IT infrastructure.

• You will ideally have at least three years of experience providing IT support for clients/customers.
• You will have desirable experience in delivering projects with the Microsoft 365 Platform and preferably Microsoft Azure.
• You will have experience with the administration and installation of server hardware, operating systems, and hypervisors.
• You will also have knowledge of Firewalls, Anti-Virus, and strong experience in IT Networking, including:
  • Securing a wireless network
  • Configuring a switch stack
  • Network segmentation projects
  • Office network setup
  • Cloud-based Network & Hybrid integration
• Desirable knowledge of networking and Disaster Recovery solutions.
