Job Description

Primary Purpose of Role
We are seeking a new team member to join our Client Services team as a Technical Onboarding Manager in London. This is a key role that blends technical expertise with client relationship management. The role will consist of two main responsibilities:

  1. Technical Onboarding of New Clients
  2. Supporting Relationship Managers in Onboarding Incremental Business for Existing Clients

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather complex requirements from clients and ensure the setup is executed efficiently and on time, enabling successful platform implementations.
  • Conduct client demos to showcase new features as CloudMargin evolves, ensuring clients stay updated on system functionalities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Relationship Managers to onboard incremental business for existing clients.
  • Serve as the technical expert for all aspects of client onboarding and platform adoption.

Core Accountabilities

  • Technical onboarding of new clients. This includes but is not limited to: data normalization by deploying data mapping, connectivity setup, configuration and setup of functionalities in the back-end, building reports.
  • Assist the Relationship Managers with the technical onboarding of incremental business for existing clients.
  • Manage the technical implementation of multiple client onboarding projects simultaneously.
  • Become an expert user of CloudMargin.
  • Develop and maintain implementation documentation including requirements and technical specifications.
  • Develop repeatable and scalable processes to improve project quality and delivery.
  • Contribute to the internal knowledge base.
  • Work with other teams in CloudMargin to contribute towards the continuous improvement of our platform.
  • Follow the Company's guidelines and best practices.

Experience

  • 3+ years of proven experience in technical onboarding, or a related role.
  • In-depth understanding of SaaS solutions and technical support.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role and/or proven experience in dealing with vendors directly.
  • Collateral Management experience (this can be from a bank, custodian, buy-side, infrastructure provider, or software vendor) desirable.
  • Project management experience (beneficial).

Skills

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

  • Advanced Excel.
  • SQL knowledge an advantage.
  • Logical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
