Job Description
Dedicated to the creation of innovative, easy-to-use diagnostic equipment for the automotive industry.
TasksResponsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing team, Research & Development, and the factory on new product development.
- Business growth by providing technical expertise, product demonstrations, and customized solutions to clients.
- Identifying new leads and establishing new accounts for the distribution network (both existing and new) in Europe.
- Establishing long-term and stable partnerships. Visiting and training with customers in the UK.
- Support for managing the distribution network and maximizing business opportunities in AUTO across the UK and Europe.
- Creating, training, and educating the distribution network by guiding them through the Automotive products portfolio.
- Developing, supporting, and participating in various marketing activities organized by the company to promote product brands and raise awareness.
- Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation.
- Trainer for internal teams and customers/technicians for OBM products.
- Handling customer aftersales.
- Ensuring company standards and procedures are adhered to.
Basic Requirements:
- Educational Background: Auto electrician (City and Guilds 4270 and 4290). A degree in Business Administration or an associate degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a technical sales specialist in the auto after-sales industry, with solid knowledge of the Automotive Distribution channel.
Additional Training / Personal Skills:
- Technical Sales Experience in auto products within the same or similar markets.
- Based in the UK (home-based).
- Comfortable traveling around the UK (approximately 60% of your time) and a few times per year across Europe (for visits to the EMEA Hub and attendance at Trade shows in Europe).
- A proactive individual determined not only to meet but exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative team abilities, and the capability to interact successfully with a variety of customers and colleagues.
- A strong negotiator who genuinely understands how to deliver a value-added proposition.
- Good presentation skills.
