Joining our team at Sainsbury's as the Technology Process Transformation Lead in the Modern Workplace division means being at the forefront of driving impactful change initiatives that enhance our colleagues' experience and efficiency in utilising cloud storage and data within M365. As a key player in shaping our Collaboration & Comms strategy, you will have the opportunity to lead transformative projects, facilitate learning sessions, and leverage your expertise in data security and technology adoption to drive positive behavioural shifts across the organisation. With a focus on continuous improvement and innovation, this role offers a dynamic environment where you can make a real difference while being supported by a culture that values accountability, creativity, and human connection.

What you'll do

  1. Direct and deliver the change management, communication, and education strategy to facilitate a behavioural shift towards better, secure, efficient, and organised use of cloud storage and data within M365.
  2. Manage the creation and implementation of change initiatives that align with the Collaboration & Comms strategy.
  3. Analyse colleague usage patterns and provide communication feedback.
  4. Collaborate with suppliers to support technology adoption.
  5. Guide Product Managers and Engineering teams in understanding key areas for education to enhance deliverables.
  6. Measure and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives.
  7. Produce relevant content and materials.
  8. Facilitate workshops and training sessions.
  9. Leverage your expertise in data security, record management, Prosci ADKAR methodology, M365 applications, and large-scale technology adoption initiatives to drive successful behavioural transformations across the organisation.

Who you are

You're a knowledgeable and experienced professional who excels in driving organisational change and fostering a culture of secure, efficient, and organised cloud storage and data usage in M365. With a strong background in data security, record management, and large-scale behavioural business change initiatives, you possess the expertise to develop and deliver change initiatives that support the Collaboration & Comms strategy. Your proficiency in leveraging M365 applications, along with your ability to facilitate education and workshops for diverse stakeholder audiences, allows you to drive successful adoption of technology and enhance colleague productivity through effective change management practices.
