Are you a driven and experienced IT professional ready to lead and elevate technology service delivery?
We're seeking a talented Technology Service Delivery Manager to lead our small helpdesk team. You'll be instrumental in ensuring the efficient delivery of our technology services, managing day-to-day support and escalations, and championing exceptional customer satisfaction.
This is a full-time position, office-based (3 days per week) at our Nexus office in Leeds, with occasional evening or weekend work required for urgent issues.
Your Role:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team of helpdesk technicians.
- Service Delivery: Oversee the timely resolution of issues and adherence to SLAs.
- Customer Support: Act as the primary escalation point for customer issues.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance service delivery.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on performance, satisfaction, and key metrics.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with other departments to align technology services with business needs.
What You'll Need:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Proficiency in IT service management tools and software.
- Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in IT service delivery.
- ITIL 4 certification or equivalent.
- CompTIA A+.
