Temp HR Advisor - Creative

Calling all immediately available HR Advisors! Are you looking for experience within an iconic brand?

We are currently working on a temporary HR Advisor opportunity covering a short-term increased workload - a fab chance to put those advisory skills to work.

The role has a broad generalist remit: you will partner with all levels of the business offering advice on ER, policies and processes as well as supporting on recruitment and L&D.

The ideal candidate will:

1. Bring a creative and innovative approach to match the rest of the team, supporting across the full employee life-cycle.
2. Independently manage ER cases and be comfortable advising managers on employment law.
3. Have a background working in complex, matrix businesses and feel comfortable working with senior and exec level people with big personalities - able to push back when needed.

Based in Central London, with a 2/3 hybrid working model, roughly £150 day rate with some flex.
