Temporary Site Administrator
Location: E16
Hourly Rate: £13.50
Working Pattern: Full Time on Site (8am - 5pm)
Contract Type: Temporary until December

What You'll Do:
As a Site Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of daily site activities:

  • Supporting the site management team with essential administrative tasks, including document management, data entry, and record keeping
  • Approving invoices and raising disputes when necessary
  • Keeping track of plant hire for multiple sites
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence to ensure timely and effective communication
  • Maintaining accurate records of site activities, expenditures, inventory, and contractor schedules
  • Collaborating with various departments to promote efficient workflow and communication across the site
  • Assisting with health and safety processes, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulations
  • Providing general administrative support, such as filing, scanning, and organising documents daily.

What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. A valid driving licence is required, as you may need to travel on site. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are just as important!
