Temporary Team Assistant - Private Equity / HYBRID / 3 Months

£21 per hour

9 am - 6 pm

Love Success is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a passionate candidate to join one of our esteemed Private Equity clients as a Temporary Team Assistant. This role involves supporting a team of three Directors in a fast-paced environment at a boutique firm. The working hours are from 9 am to 6 pm, and the position offers a hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of three Directors
  • Prioritise workloads through diary management, meeting preparation, and organisation of global travel and itineraries
  • Assist with investor relations tasks as required
  • Work in a small boutique office environment, ensuring smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in financial services is essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience supporting multiple Partners or Directors is advantageous
  • Availability for immediate start
