Are you a Tenant Liaison Officer looking for a new challenge? We have a position available with a Social Housing Contractor who focuses on quality of service and customer care and has great staff retention rates.

My client is a well-established Social Housing Contractor, who has an excellent reputation and a strong pipeline of work. They are currently recruiting for a Tenant Liaison Officer to join them on a permanent basis to work on a re-roofing scheme in Wythenshawe.

This is a permanent position, starting ASAP and is on an ongoing, long-term basis.

As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you will develop positive relationships with residents in order to provide information and support during refurbishment, maintenance, and major works programmes. You will also be responsible for booking in appointments and managing your own diary.

Duties include:

• Pre-entry visits and company inductions
• Collect tenancy agreement/approval forms
• Visiting tenants in their homes to advise them on when and what work is being carried out
• Act as the main point of contact and deal with any problems/queries that tenants may have
• Contacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relations with them
• Visiting empty houses that are being refurbished with potential tenants and advising them on completion dates
• Attending and chairing tenant forum meetings to advise tenants of works being carried out
• Monitoring customer complaints and resolving any potential issues

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a strong and stable career within face-to-face customer service, ideally within the Housing or Construction sectors.

You must also have a full driving licence along with your own transport and ideally hold a current CSCS Card.
