Job Description

Role: Tender & Sales Support Administrator

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Workplace: 80% Remote (Office once every 2 weeks)


Wenham Carter are proudly partnered with a market leader in immunohematology point of care diagnostics. With a strong product portfolio, they offer advanced automation medical devices.


Due to growth, they are looking to appoint a Tender and Sales Administration Expert. As part of the Bid Team, you will be responsible for supporting the daily management and administration of the tender process from pre-contract to post-award phase. You will collaborate with the regional teams to deliver the highest level of administrative support for colleagues and customers.



Responsibilities

  • SAP Administration
  • Sales Admin: Quote preparation, customer training logistics etc.
  • Support daily management and admin of the tender process from opportunity to submission
  • Daily management and development of the bid management application
  • Support development of tender responses through management of the tender application library


Qualifications

  • Relevant academic or professional qualifications/technical skills in administration
  • Strong, demonstratable experience in an administration
  • Clear experience in a tender environment
  • Strong knowledge and working use of SAP
  • Commercial acumen
  • Agile and adaptable to changing business needs/objectives
  • Ability to communicate in Dutch, French and English
