Role: Test Automation Specialist

Location: Ghent

My client is a scale-up organization offering an opportunity to become the driving force behind their Test automation as part of their development team. Your aim is to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and develop effective test plans whilst introducing automation where possible.

Here are some of the skills they mainly hire for:

• 3-10+ years of professional experience
• Good technical background or understanding of programming.
• Analytical mindset.
• Good communication skills with team members
• Not afraid to work autonomously and take ownership of testing from A to Z.
• Fluent Dutch and English
