- Coordinate and manage employee benefits across all hub locations, ensuring smooth administration and a positive employee experience;
- Continuously optimise benefits to stay competitive and relevant, tailoring them to local needs and designing packages that enhance employee well-being and retention;
- Act as the main point of contact for employee benefits queries, providing clear and supportive communication to engage employees;
- Collaborate with external vendors to negotiate competitive benefits contracts that provide value for both the company and employees;
- Monitor employee satisfaction and usage of benefits, using insights to adjust packages for better engagement and well-being;
- Support the Total Rewards Manager in maintaining our compensation framework, conducting market research and analysis to ensure fair and competitive salary bands;
- Prepare and analyse compensation reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for salary adjustments, and provide recommendations for salary structure updates and improvements;
- Assist in the annual salary review cycle, including tool setup (using Hibob), providing insights, and supporting managers throughout the process;
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track compensation data, benefits usage, and market competitiveness, enhancing tools and technologies for efficient management;
- Support in automating compensation and benefits processes, leveraging HR technology to improve efficiency and employee experience;
- Support and lead HR analytics projects, including DEI reporting, contributing to strategic and data-driven decisions;
- Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits regulations across all hubs by conducting audits and staying informed about legal changes.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a compensation and benefits role, ideally within a fast-growing global technology company;
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver compensation and benefits initiatives effectively;
- Experience managing global benefits offerings, with a deep understanding of local market differences, regulations, and best practices;
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis, market research, and tracking compensation trends;
- Familiarity with compensation tools and frameworks, with a focus on optimising processes and programmes;
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Hibob, for managing compensation and benefits data, reporting, and system updates;
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and creating informative dashboards;
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex information and engage employees effectively;
- Highly organised and structured, with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency;
- Collaborative mindset and ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors;
- Adaptable and proactive approach to working in a fast-paced, changing environment;
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion;
- Creative and innovative mindset to design impactful compensation and benefits solutions that engage and retain talent;
- Continuous learning mindset, staying curious and proactive in keeping up with industry trends and best practices.
