Dawn Ellmore Employment is assisting an established IP law firm in London who are seeking a Trade Mark Paralegal/Administrator to join their friendly team.

To be successful, you will need prior experience working within a Trade Mark Paralegal or Administration role and have the ability to hit the ground running with UK and EU filings. A CITMA qualification would be an advantage, although this is not essential. Additionally, you will need to possess strong attention to detail, be good at prioritising your workload, and be able to work with high accuracy.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing and filing trade mark applications (both UK & EU)
  • Handling assignments and office actions
  • Assisting in monthly invoicing, client billing, and cost estimates
  • Liaising with attorneys both locally and internationally
  • Remaining up-to-date on client details and updating internal systems accordingly
  • General Trade Mark administration support
