An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Consultant to work in a busy branch based in Manchester. You will be working for an award-winning company in a supportive and fun environment. The role is to manage and develop a Temp desk and grow client relationships to maximise the full profit of the desk. This office is very busy; the ability to prioritise workload is essential. You must have proven sales experience and demonstrate a hunger to succeed in a target-oriented environment.

Job Description

• To maximise the profitability of the Construction Temp desk
• Provide a professional recruitment service to clients and candidates
• Develop and maintain existing client relationships
• Win and develop new business by means of sales calls and client visits
• Resource and interview quality candidates

• Sales orientated
• Flexible approach to work
• Customer focused with exceptional organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Qualifications

Educated to A-level standard
