THE OPPORTUNITY:

Get Recruited are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing business within the retail industry who, due to expansion, is looking for a Trainee Sales Executive to join their team. They are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual. This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to kickstart a career in sales and help drive company sales.

THE ROLE:

1. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs.
2. Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
3. Assist sales executives to achieve their sales targets with all aspects of the sales process.
4. Attend networking events.
5. Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
6. Maintain and update the company database.
7. Get involved in product launches and assist with marketing activities such as social media and website management.

THE PERSON:

1. Must be a confident, self-motivated, target-driven individual.
2. This is a great opportunity for a Trainee Sales Executive, Sales Executive, or Graduate Sales Executive who is ready to kickstart their career in sales.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Confidence in face-to-face and over-the-phone communication.
5. Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
