Job Description

A bit about the role:

The Treasury Analyst will work with the Treasury Manager on the daily HX Group treasury activities covering cash management, liquidity forecasting, financing, financial risk management, guarantees and investor relations. To succeed in this busy role, it is essential that you are customer focused, well organised, have a strong attention to detail, are a good communicator and strong collaborator as you will be working closely with other departments within the Group especially Financial Planning & Analysis and Accounting, as well as external stakeholders including banks and other credit institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cash management and improvements to bank set-up.
  2. Liquidity and cash flow forecasting and working capital optimisation for the Group.
  3. Financial risk management (currency, interest rate and fuel risks).
  4. Coordinate inter-company financing within the Group.
  5. Work closely with external stakeholders including banks and other credit institutions.
  6. Support Corporate Finance and Investor Relations related projects including the annual and quarterly reporting.
  7. Further develop and improve processes and systems in the treasury and finance department.

About you:

Experience and qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree with strong academic results.
  2. ACT qualification preferred.
  3. 2-5 years' relevant work experience.
  4. Experience with treasury/financing in an international company, corporate or investment banking or comparable is an advantage.

Knowledge & Skills:

  1. Strong Excel and data analysis skills (Power BI skills is an advantage).
  2. Strong system and technology skills.
  3. Fluent in English, spoken and written.
