Job Description

• Manage and oversee all TMS functions within the Accounting & Finance department.
• Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of all financial data.
• Implement and maintain TMS system efficiencies and improvements.
• Lead, motivate and develop the TMS team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes.
• Manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful TMS Manager should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a TMS leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of TMS systems and processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
