Trust Administrator - London West End

Our client, an International Trust firm specialising in providing fiduciary services to individuals, entrepreneurs and families, across a wide range of sectors is looking to hire a Trust Administrator for its London office.

Responsibilities:

1. Proactive account management including account set up, investment performance review, and ongoing customer support.
2. Act as a client relationship manager and liaison between customers, tax, accounting, legal, and operations personnel.
3. Become a primary point of contact to clients and trust stakeholders.
4. Be part of project-specific teams in other jurisdictions.
5. Deal with administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. Prepare and maintain statutory records, including minutes, resolutions, and key documentation.
7. Manage payments and transaction processing, liaising with legal, accounting, and tax teams.
8. Handle ad hoc projects, including regulatory changes and process improvements.

Minimum Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in the day-to-day administration of UK trusts and related corporate entities. Corporate secretarial experience or a formal accounting designation will be highly valued.

A relevant STEP or ICSA qualification (or working towards one) is desirable.

A hybrid working environment with a balance between home and office work to be determined.
