Are you a proactive and motivated Trust & Foundation manager looking to make a real impact? This role is working for a leading UK charity dedicated to saving lives and improving the quality of life for everyone affected by a major health condition. Join their passionate team in this 12-month maternity cover role with a flexible, remote, part-time position. Ideally our client is looking for 28 hours per week but can accept less and are flexible on how the hours are made up. Excellent benefits including 28 days holiday plus 3 extra at Christmas plus bank holidays (pro rata).

About the role:

As a Trust & Foundation Manager you'll lead our client's Trusts and Foundations team to increase vital income. You'll work closely with senior team members, partners, and trustees to secure long-term, high-level funding and develop relationships with key trusts.

Key responsibilities:

• Experience in Trusts and Foundations fundraising with a track record of securing high-value donations.
• A strategic mindset to implement and deliver on a focused fundraising strategy.
• A proactive self-starter with excellent research, writing, and relationship-building skills.
• Management experience - you'll lead a small team to help manage pipelines and small trust mailings.
