Position: UI/UX Designer

Salary: £23,000 to £30,000 a year

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Remote, UK

Main Duties

1. Plan and implement new designs
2. Test for intuitivity and experience
3. Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
4. Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
5. Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
6. Create prototypes for new product ideas
7. Test new ideas before implementing
8. Conduct ongoing user research

Qualifications

1. 4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
3. Ability to discuss and explain design options
4. Detail oriented
5. Critical thinker
6. Problem solver and customer-centered
7. Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Dreamweaver
8. 3 years of experience with HTML5 & CSS3
9. Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction
