We are currently seeking a UI/UX Designer to support our expanding PowerApps practice, working on transformative projects across industries such as retail, energy, financial services, and healthcare.

Role Overview

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for delivering intuitive and visually engaging user experiences within the Power Platform, primarily for PowerApps applications. The role will blend user research, wireframing, and responsive design to enhance usability.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design UI for Canvas and Model-driven PowerApps applications.
2. Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve application usability.
3. Create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
4. Ensure consistency in design patterns and accessibility compliance.
5. Collaborate closely with developers and analysts to implement designs.
6. Contribute to design standards and reusable components for PowerApps.

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years' experience in UI/UX design with a focus on Power Platform.
2. Expertise in designing for Canvas and Model-driven PowerApps.
3. Proficient with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
4. Understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and UX best practices.
5. Excellent visual communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
