Unified Communication Expert - Scale Up environment

Our partner is a well known national growing Tech company active in Cloud and Digital communication.

Due to their growth we are currently hiring an Unified Communications Expert.

The position

• Participate to the Design and build up of their UCaaS portfolio
• Keep a strong Business awareness through regular training and contact with communities
• Advise internally on technology evolution and integration.
• High level (3rd line) troubleshooting for complex and multi technologies issues
• Strong collaboration with other technical experts (Network, Security, etc)

The profile

• At least 3 years experience in Unified Communications technologies
• Good conceptual knowledge in VoIP, Cloud, SIP, etc
• Strong Communications and presentation skills
• Fluent in Dutch, French & English
• Interest in technologies awareness and willingness to evolve with them through workshops, training and certifications
