Vice President of Engineering

Position Title: Lead HPC Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Drive strategy and revenue growth for the engineering team.
2. Manage engineering teams distributed globally, requiring occasional travel for face-to-face interactions.
3. Engage with C-Suite and stakeholders while growing the careers of team members.
4. Oversee various technology areas including QA, Software Development, Infrastructure, and Cloud.
5. Shape strategy and direction while ensuring operational efficiency.
6. Define the engineering function within the organization.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in organizations that have grown in terms of headcount or revenue.
2. Strong leadership skills with a focus on high-performance computing.
3. Ability to manage a team of approximately 20 people and grow as necessary.
4. Comfortable with remote management and strategic communication.
