A forward-thinking social media agency is looking for a talented Video Manager to create engaging, platform-optimised content that bridges creativity and performance.

The Role

Lead videographer and editor responsible for delivering high-quality, social-first video content across multiple clients and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, shoot, and edit social-first videos
2. Manage end-to-end production from storyboarding to final delivery
3. Drive innovative approaches and techniques
4. Edit using Adobe Premiere Pro with strong understanding of pacing, sound design, and motion graphics
5. Explore AI solutions to enhance workflow efficiency
6. Collaborate with creative and account teams on client strategies
7. Optimise content for different social platforms

Required Skills & Experience

1. Extensive video production and post-production experience (agency background preferred)
2. Creative thinking with strong storytelling abilities
3. Expertise in videography, lighting, and on-set direction
4. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and similar tools
5. Proven track record delivering high-quality content across platforms
6. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
7. Deep understanding of social media video trends and platform-specific best practices
8. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
9. Results-oriented with a solution-focused approach

Hybrid role - 2 days a week in their central London studio.
