Videographer and Editor

A newly launching fintech that gives back to grassroots sports and the community is looking for a full-time videographer to join the team.

This is a hybrid role based in Maidenhead, with a mix of office-based work and on-location filming at sports venues, events, and interviews. We are looking for a skilled but aspiring videographer who wants to prove themselves, take ownership of projects, and develop their career in a fast-growing and exciting company.

Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality video content at sports clubs, events, and community locations.

• Conduct on-the-spot interviews with athletes, coaches, and brand ambassadors.

• Capture dynamic sports footage, crowd reactions, and behind-the-scenes moments.

• Record high-quality sound and ensure crisp audio for interviews and live-action coverage.

• Fly drones for aerial footage (preferred but not essential).

• Edit videos into engaging short-form content (3-minute clips) for social media and longer features (15 minutes+) for presentations and storytelling.

• Create basic animations and motion graphics to enhance video content (bonus if you have these skills).

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop video content strategies for promotions and brand storytelling.

What We're Looking For

• Passionate and motivated videographer looking to prove themselves.

• Confident filming on-location, sometimes in fast-paced sports environments.

• Experience using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software. • Basic understanding of sound recording and mixing for professional-quality audio.

• Drone flying experience is a bonus but not essential.

• Some skills in animation/motion graphics would be a plus.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to travel occasionally for video shoots (travel expenses covered).
