VIE - Marketing (Brand Management Alpro) - M/F - Germany - April/May 2025

Context:

Mission:

• Conducting market, competition, and target group analysis using FMCG tools (e.g., Nielsen, GfK) to derive actionable insights and identify opportunities for brand growth

• Monitor and report on brand performance metrics

• Support with implementation of innovation/renovation projects

• Assist in the execution of brand strategies and marketing plans
• Support with the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media and traditional advertising as well as organizing and coordinating events and sponsorships

• Collaboration in cross-functional projects, working closely with teams across different departments as well as external agencies to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives

• Successfully completed university degree in Business Administration or Economics, focus Marketing
• Initial practical experience through internships, within the consumer goods industry desirable but not mandatory
• Strong analytical, e.g. analysis of Nielsen data, and conceptual abilities
• Innovation & project management skills
• High degree of personal responsibility, sense of urgency and flexibility
• Curiosity to learn and to grow
• Very good knowledge in English in word and writing

Are you eligible for a V.I.E?

V.I.E is a type of contract linked to Business France (French public organism) allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.

• You must be aged 18 to 28. You must have completed national service obligation.
• You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area.
• You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your V.I.E.
• You have never done a V.I.E before.

What are the contractual advantages of the V.I.E ?

• There are no taxes and charges on salary, as a V.I.E your social security is covered by April international.
• You will be granted with 2,5 days off per month.
• Your gratification is fixed according to the Business France grid.
• The cost of your back-and-forth flight or train tickets is covered.
