VIP Manager - Various Languages and Markets - Fully Remote

We are seeking experienced VIP Managers for various markets who are passionate about working in the igaming industry, love engaging with players, and are highly results-oriented.

We are specifically looking for:

• Austrian German native speakers with experience in the Austrian market
• Flemish native speakers with experience in the Belgian market
• Finnish native speakers with experience in the Finnish market
• French native speakers with experience in the French market
• German native speakers with experience in the German market
• Greek native speakers with experience in the Greek market
• Hungarian native speakers with experience in the Hungarian market
• Latvian native speakers with experience in the Latvian market
• Polish native speakers with experience in the Polish market
• Portuguese native speakers with experience in the Portuguese market
• Slovenian native speakers with experience in the Slovenian market
• Spanish native speakers with experience in the Spanish market
• Swiss French native speakers with experience in the Swiss market
• Swiss German native speakers with experience in the Swiss market
• Turkish native speakers with experience in the Turkish market

Being a native speaker is a requirement for this role, as you will be chatting with VIPs, creating promotions, and handling phone calls. Therefore, your communication skills must be top-notch.

Basic salary from €26K - €42K, plus a comprehensive bonus scheme of up to €5K/month for hitting your KPIs! Salary depends on location and experience.

We can only consider candidates with VIP Management experience in igaming who have worked in and speak the aforementioned languages and have experience in the specified markets.

Role & Responsibilities

• Engage with VIP clients via chat, email, and phone
• Develop and sustain solid relationships with VIP clients
• Assess and resolve client issues
• Meet VIP players for streamed and live events
• Evaluate and provide feedback on various segments relating to KPI performance
• Meet or exceed KPI targets
• Take an active part in developing and implementing VIP programs and initiatives

Skills & Experience

• Native / C2-level proficiency in one of the above-mentioned languages, both written and spoken
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• 2+ years' proven track record in B2C VIP Management within iGaming / online casino operations
• Experience working with Sportsbook players is an asset
• Previous experience working with VIP players in the specified igaming markets is a non-negotiable requirement, and the basic salary will reflect experience

About this role

• Remote-based in a Non-EU country
• Up to €42K gross starting salary, depending on location and experience
• Comprehensive bonus scheme of up to €5,000/month
• No night shifts
• Shifts are scheduled between 09:00 and 02:00, based on market time zones
