Job Description

The Video Services Team supports the business with producing the video elements of legal hearings, events, and content for our marketing team. As video becomes an important part of legal hearings, we are a team of specialists who supply the video services to our clients. Build studios for legal hearings and integrate video services into our software platform.

Job Overview

The role consists of two main elements:

Virtual/Hybrid Hearings - Looking after the technology that runs our legal hearings which are akin to live events. Setting up and managing the show for our law firm clients, then supporting the operation of the hearing.

Video Production - Producing internal videos for Opus 2 and working closely with our marketing team to showcase what we do.

What you'll be doing
  • Working with the video service team to plan, deploy, setup and run our hearings and events.
  • When we are not on hearings, we'll be creating video content for the company.
  • Researching video technology for our studios and services.

  • Knowledge of creating and editing content for businesses.
  • Interest in new video technology and assisting with R&D to design our services.
  • Willingness to learn more about new technology and help this new department service our work.
  • Ability to occasionally travel overseas and deploy our live hearings internationally.
  • Confidence in supporting legal hearings and representing Opus 2.
  • Weekend work and some evening work will be required.
  • Extensive technical audio knowledge required.
  • Assisting the wider technical team where required.
  • Training of both internal and freelance staff.
  • Demos of Opus 2 Supersuite.
  • Pre-hearing tests with clients.
  • Video editing - subject to client requests.
  • Software and license management.
  • Testing, equipment auditing, and stock management.
  • Technical projects and R&D.
