Visual Content Designer - TV

An exciting opportunity to join a global streaming service with an incredible roster of exclusive original shows and movies.

We're looking for a skilled designer with strong retouching and compositing expertise to help create high-impact visuals for film and television titles. This role is part of a collaborative, international creative team focused on delivering artwork that reflects the tone, story, and visual identity of each title.

This will be a hybrid role so candidates must be able to travel into central London (not remote).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and refine visual assets for on-platform use, including cover art, title treatments, and episodic imagery.
2. Translate creative concepts into polished compositions that support strategic objectives.
3. Utilise advanced retouching, grading, and compositing techniques to enhance image quality.
4. Collaborate closely with art directors, editors, and production partners to ensure visual alignment.
5. Iterate quickly and effectively in response to feedback while maintaining a high creative standard.

Qualifications:

1. Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, with a strong eye for composition, tone, and narrative detail.
2. Proven experience working with layered files, stills, and a variety of visual assets.
3. Ability to interpret creative direction and apply visual references with clarity and taste.
4. Comfortable working independently and within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
5. Bonus: experience in motion or typography design.
