How will you add value to OpenPayd journey?

  • Identify high-potential clients and prospects and cultivate a robust pipeline across diverse verticals (As an individual contributor)
  • Craft & deliver comprehensive presentations and proposals for potential clients
  • Be part of a dynamic new business team supported by every other function within the business
  • Pitch OpenPayd solutions to prospective clients and co-build solutions with the client to fulfill their needs
  • Manage the sales process through to contract signing, including contract and commercial negotiations
  • Execute product and technical conversations with clients coordinated with product and development teams
  • Align delivery with product and engineering functions to ensure appropriate resource allocation to each client and influence the roadmap

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Understanding of the BAAS space and ability to identify the needs of Embedded Finance
  • Minimum of 5-7 years within the payments/BAAS/Modern Treasury/ FX
  • Experience selling to clients in verticals such as Gaming, Gambling, Crypto, Affiliate Marketing, Financial Institutions, and Merchants Acquirers
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of sales/business development experience within SAAS
  • Proven track record of successful full sales cycle execution and delivering against revenue targets
  • Experience managing complex sales engagements with high-value customers
  • Comprehensive network of industry contacts - you will own revenue target as an individual contributor
  • In-depth understanding of the payments ecosystem, trends, and innovative payment solutions
  • Ability to create technical solutions mapping and implementation approaches for a broad range of client needs
  • A passion for the industry; an ongoing interest in the development of the industry and, most importantly, an opinion!
