DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking a Warehouse and Stock Manager to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements at Tradeteam, Exeter. Where you'll keep the kegs rolling and the spirits high!

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

• Leading, motivating and managing a team effectively, ensuring high morale and productivity
• Ensuring accuracy in stock management, order fulfillment, and reporting
• Having knowledge of health and safety regulations on site, ensuring they are maintained and monitored to provide a safe working environment

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Previous and practical experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader within a logistics environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain practices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, senior management, and customers
• Computer literate with a practical knowledge of logistics software packages
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to supervise, organise and train direct reports

A recognised qualification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics will be well-received.
