Key Responsibilities:

1. Configuring Compensation Plans: Customize and maintain compensation plans, including base pay, bonuses, and incentives.
2. Managing Benefits: Administer benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
3. Ensuring Compliance: Ensure that compensation and benefits practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
4. Analyzing Compensation Data: Use data to analyze and make informed decisions about compensation and benefits.
5. Collaborating with HR Teams: Work closely with HR teams to align compensation and benefits strategies with organizational goals.
6. Providing End-User Support: Offer support and training to end-users during implementation and post-implementation phases.
7. Conducting Audits: Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance of compensation and benefits data.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Human resources, finance
2. Experience: Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably with Workday.
3. Skills: Strong understanding of compensation and benefits practices, data analysis skills, and proficiency in Workday configuration tools.
4. Certifications: Workday compensation and benefits certification is preferred.
