Key Responsibilities:
- Configuring Compensation Plans: Customize and maintain compensation plans, including base pay, bonuses, and incentives.
- Managing Benefits: Administer benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
- Ensuring Compliance: Ensure that compensation and benefits practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Analyzing Compensation Data: Use data to analyze and make informed decisions about compensation and benefits.
- Collaborating with HR Teams: Work closely with HR teams to align compensation and benefits strategies with organizational goals.
- Providing End-User Support: Offer support and training to end-users during implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Conducting Audits: Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance of compensation and benefits data.
Qualifications:
- Education: Human resources, finance
- Experience: Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably with Workday.
- Skills: Strong understanding of compensation and benefits practices, data analysis skills, and proficiency in Workday configuration tools.
- Certifications: Workday compensation and benefits certification is preferred.
