Job Description

This is an opportunity to join our office in London, near Royal Albert. As a Web Marketing Consultant you will be responsible for managing and developing accounts, delivering great multi-channel campaigns and insights and maintaining client relationships.

THE ROLE

  1. Day-to-day management of digital marketing campaigns and strategies
  2. Managing and advising on search engine optimisation and paid search campaigns
  3. Conceiving and implementing social campaigns
  4. Understanding marketing channels and implementing content marketing campaigns
  5. Client liaison as digital marketing specialist
  6. Authoring strategy documents
  7. Managing multiple SEO and content marketing workstreams
  8. Onsite conversion optimisation
  9. Understanding of how to use GA and GTM to measure and analyse funnels, conversion rates, MVT and AB testing
  10. Manage and implement email marketing campaigns
  11. Manage internal and external relationships
  12. Be a subject matter expert in the Digital Marketing field by staying abreast of the latest techniques and industry developments
  13. Create client reports that monitor progress against KPIs and include insights and recommendations
  14. Attend and lead client meetings nationally
  15. Managing delivery of work produced by the fulfilment team
  16. Daily client management including meetings, email and phone contact
  17. Creation of briefs for creative and paid media teams

THE CANDIDATE

  1. You should be a skilled all rounder in digital marketing with the ability to manage client relationships as well as fulfilment.
  2. Comprehensive understanding of digital, in particular SEO, web analytics, content marketing and social
  3. 2-3 years experience in a similar role
  4. Strategically minded with the ability to pull insights and provide recommendations
  5. Highly organised and process driven
  6. Strong listening and questioning skills with the ability to get to know and understand new people, businesses, products and markets
  7. Ability to use analytic packages to conduct research and present findings coherently
  8. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  9. Self-motivated and able to show initiative
  10. Can do attitude
