Service Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert in IBM Websphere to join our IT Agile Production Services / TechEx team. The successful candidate will manage the WebSphere ND legacy infrastructure and lead the migration to an IBM Liberty private cloud offering.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management: Oversee and maintain the existing WebSphere ND infrastructure.
• Migration Leadership: Facilitate the transition to an IBM Liberty private cloud offering.
• Team Guidance: Lead a team of technology experts in providing daily support and delivering projects.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal customers, service providers, and APS teams.
• Project Involvement: Collaborate with infra suppliers, architects, and vendors to build a future-proof platform.

Required Skills and Experience

Education: Master's degree.

Languages: Fluent in English; French recommended; Dutch is a plus.

Experience:

10+ years managing IBM WebSphere (WAS traditional BASE and Liberty v20+).

Experience with Apache Tomcat, Java-based applications, TLS/SSL.

Extensive experience in Red Hat Linux, scripting, pipeline, and networking technology.

Familiarity with security processes, Agile, ITIL, Continuous Deployment, Disaster Recovery.

Experience with Terraform, Ansible Tower, Java, CaaS, ServiceNow is a plus.
