Windows 11 Consultant

Initial 3-month contract with scope for extension.

We're recruiting on behalf of a world's leading technology organisation as a Windows 11 Consultant who will provide hypercare support across their Windows 11 estate.

Responsibilities:

1. Designing and implementing a Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrade for laptops.
2. Providing expert advice and technical support on all aspects of the Windows 11 operating system, including deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, security management, and migration strategies.
3. Working closely with the client to assess their needs and design solutions tailored to their specific environment, utilizing knowledge of Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and other relevant tools to optimize Windows 11 deployments.

Qualifications:

1. Experience designing and implementing Windows 11 (essential).
2. Proven experience with Windows 11 deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
3. Proven experience working on a large Windows migration project in a mid to large scale environment.
4. Windows or Microsoft Certified (desirable).
