Job Description:

• We are seeking a talented and experienced Workday Data Architect for a major ERP transformation exercise for Workday HCM and Financials
• The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning with the key stakeholders on the strategy and implementation for Data Design, Data Migration, Data Conversion and Data Archival for both Workday HCM and Financial modules and Ivalua procurement module as well.
• Additionally, the candidate should possess strong communication skills and have experience integrating enterprise applications like Maximo and SAP.
• This is a client advisory role, and you will be working in a customer augmented capacity.
• The role requires good experience of implementing and assuring data architecture principles.
• Ability to document and track data lineage, assessing the integrity of data flow across enterprise apps are key.
• As a Data Architect at Wipro, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data architecture solutions using cloud technology stack.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate enterprise applications such as Maximo and SAP, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data modelling and data integration best practices, along with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Architect experience in Workday (understands the Workday Data structures, Design)
• A combination of SAP and Workday (WD) experience would be an added advantage
• Integrate enterprise applications like Maximo and SAP
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability
• Experience of developing and maintaining data models, data dictionaries, and data governance standards
• Provide technical guidance and support for data-related initiatives
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data architecture
