Workforce Manager

Tell me about this role:

We are looking for an NV1 cleared Workforce Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This role will be Newcastle based in a fast paced environment, planning and executing HR related tasks in an integrated workforce.

What will I be doing day to day?

1. Progress Establishment Variation Proposals, and associated updates to PMKEYS/MAPS, and the project workforce plan
2. Facilitate monthly project workforce assurance reviews
3. Liaise with each section to ensure their workforce requirements/vacancies are actioned
4. Assist/advise on personnel related matters
5. Engage with the project Executive in delivering workforce activities
6. Deliver complex workforce management activities that support the delivery of outcomes across the program
7. Govern the program workforce and ensure objectives/milestones are actioned
8. Maintain organisation and workforce baseline

What sort of skills do I need?

1. Experience with workforce/HR related activities
2. Experience with Defence or CASG project environments
3. Strong communication skills
4. Process orientated with good attention to detail
5. Australian citizenship and a minimum NV1 security clearance
