Workshop Controller / Manager

Park's Motor Group is seeking a bright, enthusiastic individual to take up the position of full-time Workshop Controller / Manager for our busy service centre based in Aberdeen.

About the role:
You will support the managing of our workshop supporting our branch and its customers through the various services we provide for our manufacturers.

What you will do:

1. Organise the daily workload to ensure maximum productivity
2. Sign off all warranty jobs to the required standard
3. Manage the process of invoices, paperwork and customer details
4. Provide a second to none level of service
5. Maintain, create and change in our databases
6. Build on a strong working relationship with the manufacturers
7. Be able to maintain a high consistent quality of work
8. Communicate in a confidential, professional and appropriate manner
9. Be able to proactively lead in a targeted environment

Your skills & experience will include:

1. Have strong leadership and people skills
2. The ability to confidently use Microsoft Office, Excel and Word as well as email packages
3. Have an eye for attention to detail
4. Be a strong confident communicator
5. Have a polite and warm telephone manner
6. Good numeracy skills
7. Be adaptable to change
8. Have experience in a franchised motor trade workshop
