Overview:I have an excellent opportunity to for a proactive and enthusiastic 1st Line Service Desk Analyst. As the first point of contact for IT-related issues, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to internal staff, ensuring their IT systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred but not essential. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office 365. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise tasks. Enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills in the IT field.
