Remote Oppurtunity. This role focuses on the technical management and resolution of incidents related to the PAYplus platform for multinational banks. The role will involve management of upgrades and integration into the firms The ideal candidate will bring 3-4 years of relevant experience, combining a strong technical knowledge of the infrastructure with a functional understanding of Back Office settlement operations.
Main responsibilities:
Supplier Management: Interact in English with the PAYplus provider to address and resolve incidents, ensuring optimal performance of the platform.
Incident Resolution: Identify, track, and troubleshoot issues as they arise, collaborating with suppliers to solve technical and operational challenges.
Upgrade Management: Manage the annual upgrade of PAYplus to version 5.3, overseeing testing, deployment, and troubleshooting during the upgrade process.
Review of Changes: Evaluate and implement necessary adjustments within PAYplus to align with business requirements.
Operational Supervision: Monitor settlement processes, ensuring that they comply with functional and technical standards.
Requirements:
Experience: Between 3 to 4 years in a Back Office settlement role or related operational role, ideally in financial services.
Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the PAYplus infrastructure, along with hands-on experience in handling technical issues.
Operational Knowledge: Functional understanding of Back Office settlements, with an emphasis on reconciliation and regulatory compliance.
Languages:
- English: High proficiency in clear communication with suppliers.
- Spanish: Ideal for internal and regional interactions.
