3rd Line Support Engineer

In Technology Group are supporting a Managed Service Provider recruit for an experienced 3rd line support engineer to join their team.
The role will act as the escalation point for the 1st/2nd line members of the team. Providing a high-level service to their clients to ensure the continuous performance and reliability of their IT systems.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Extensive IT support experience
Strong communication skills, able to manage stakeholders of both a technical and non-technical background
Experience across Microsoft 365 administration, deployment and migrations; including O365, mailbox and applications
Good knowledge of MS Azure
Strong knowledge of server operating systems
Strong knowledge of Windows troubleshooting and configuration
Ideally, knowledge of networking, firewalls & VPN's
Up to £40k DEO
